I get a kick out of cliche lists. I like to satirize cliches, and these lists give me ideas to work with.
That being said, if your work is built around one of these cliches, it needs to redefine the cliche or satirize it.

Clicked, but got a server error message. I agree, though, that if your work redefines or turns the cliche on its head, then that changes things.
